Sterling built Chowly after years in data analytics and actuarial work, driven by conversations with restaurant operators who kept telling him the same thing: their tech didn't talk to each other. Named one of QSR Magazine's 21 Digital Disruptors Shaping Restaurants in 2022.
Justin McNally
Co-Founder & Chief Innovation Officer
Justin leads Chowly's product vision, focused on what he calls "3rd wave restaurant technology" — systems that don't just connect, but think. With a BLA in Interactive Arts & Media from Columbia College Chicago, he brings a design-first mindset to restaurant tech.
Joseph Lawton
Chief Operating Officer
Chowly's first hire in 2016, Joseph has been building the operational backbone of the company from day one. He leads activations, retention, and support — making sure every restaurant on the platform gets the most out of it.
